Increased global competition forces companies to relentlessly push for innovation. At the same time big societal challenges such as climate change, shortage of energy and an ageing population mean that no single company can pull through the required innovations on their own.
For corporations to become more innovative they have to support individuals that want to act different and make an impact. We want organizations to more actively embrace intrapreneurship in order to make capacity for change an asset and not a liability.
